Coaching pathway Claude Barrabé

After his professional playing career, Barrabé became a FIFA beach soccer technical expert and played a big part in the development of beach soccer in Africa, especially in Madagascar. In this interview with FIFA, he discussed his coaching career, his role developing beach soccer in various countries, and how more qualified players and coaches could get involved in the sport.

Part 1: Beach soccer career and developing the sport globally
In the first part of the interview, Barrabé explains how his career in beach soccer began and how he came to be appointed as the assistant manager of the French national side. He then highlights how and why beach soccer can be a useful tool for professional footballers in the 11-a-side game, and especially for goalkeepers.
