          Additional information is applied following the end of an event to elaborate as to why or how the action concluded.

          Assist

          A player who, regardless of intention, last touches the ball prior to a goal being scored by a team-mate. An assist will be awarded for an intended distribution action regardless of an opposition touch, as long as the intended distribution action arives at the intended destination.

          Blocked

          An opposition player blocks a distribution event in open play or set play from reaching it’s intended target, the player blocking the distribution does not make an attempt to win possession themselves.

          Cleared

          An opposition player executes a clearance following a player's distribution event in open play or set play.

          Deflected

          When a defender intervenes against a player's attempt at goal and directs the ball's trajectory beyond the goal line, or is prevented by doing so by hitting the goal frame or another player's action at the goal line.

          Foul against

          A player in possession commits a foul on an opposition player, resulting in a turnover of possession and a restart taking place.

          Foul for

          A player in possession of the ball is fouled by an opposition player.

          Goal disallowed

          Ball possession ends after a goal scored by the team in possession which is subsequently disallowed.

          Intercepted

          An opposition player stops a distribution event in open play or set play from reaching it’s intended target with the aim of retaining possession for themselves or their team.

          Miscontrol

          A player is unable to retain possession for themselves.

          Misplaced

          Where a player attempts a distribution event in open play or set play where the intended target or teammate(s) are not within reasonable proximity/ movement to complete the distribution.

          Offside

          The player makes a movement or receives the ball in behind the opposition final unit, but is deemed to be in an offside position when the ball was played. The assistant referee will raise their flag to highlight the offence.

          Referee event

          The referee has interrupted play due to an event unrelated to the player's actions.

          Tackled

          The player in possession is dispossessed by an opposing player trying to recover the ball by means of a tackle action.

          Receiver impacted

          The intended receiver is impacted physically and is no longer in a position to receive the ball, resulting in the opposition gaining possession of the ball.

          Receiver error

          The intended receiver misjudges the ball and makes no attempt to control or does not make contact, resulting in the opposition gaining possession of the ball.
