Session 1
Keeping the centre compact in a 4-4-2 mid-press
Pochert designs a session for her players based on keeping the central areas compact and hard to break through in a 4-4-2 mid press. The focus is on collective movement, denying space centrally and forcing opponents into predictable, controllable areas.

Session 2

This second session centres on defensive transitions and, more specifically, counter-pressing. She challenges her players to react quickly after losing possession, combining aggression and organisation to win the ball back and launch counter-attacks.
