Dr Tanan Mansouri joined the FFG as president after functioning as a former senior manager for over 10 years in the Gratifacio Ministry of Sport. He has been in post for three years and is from Koury, a rural area of Gratifacio. He completed his baccalaureate before starting higher studies in Business Administration in the University of Marseilles. He played semi-professional football whilst in France and was an accomplished University athlete. On returning to Gratifacio he took up coaching whilst at the Ministry of Sport. It was whilst at the Ministry he secured the first Government funding for the National Football Centre which has only recently been opened close to the nation's capital Alami.
Dr Mansouri is the Honorary President of the Koury Lions, a National League One club with whom he has had a long association. In 2020 he was elected as a Member of the Executive Council of Arab Football Associations Union. He has recently signalled his intention to stand for a position on the FIFA Council. In 2022 he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Gratifacio in Alami.
Dr Mansouri has publicly promoted his Golden Goal plan for the future of football in the country.
General Secretary
Adan Kassis, who is currently absent on sick leave, is the General Secretary and part of the Presidents Directorate. He is from Alami, the nation’s capital and it was there he undertook a degree in business administration. Mr Kassis is known for his attention to detail and his thoroughness. factors which no doubt contribute to his 18 years as General Secretary.
Technical Director
Edison de Santos is a Brazilian national who has had an outstanding playing career. He played over 200 league games for Corinthians and was in the Brazilian squad for two World Cup finals. He has been a Technical Director in Gratifacio for for 12 months joining just as the Senior Men were preparing for the World Cup in Qatar.
Since the departure of the Head of Youth Santos has been covering this position and beginning to implement the President's Golden Goal plan
Head of Coaching
Hadir Al-Ghumari has been Head of Coaching for three years. A former goalkeeper for Koury Lions and for Le Havre, he holds the A licence and has represented Gratifacio at the African U-20 Cup of Nations as well as playing in the final of the CAF Confederations Cup.
Head Coach
Bilal Al-Harradi is the current manager of the Men's National team. Born in Marseilles, France his playing career included spells at Marseilles, St Etienne, Grenoble and at the Egyptian club Al Ahly where he was club captain. Prior to the national job with Gratifacio he was a successful club manager in Morocco with Botola side Wydad AC.
League Director
Dirar Mansouri is the Leagues Director responsible for co-ordinating Amateur Football across Gratifacio. He is in charge of Men’s and Women's Leagues and Cup Competitions. He has been in post for three years and joined from being club secretary at Koury Lions.
Head of Youth
The position of Head of Youth is currently vacant Mojiz Benali having left by mutual consent.
