I was pleased to be offered the chance to become your Head of Elite Talent by the President of Gratifacio, Dr Tanan Mansouri. I see my biggest priority in delivering the National Player Pathway so that it is effective in delivering the very best players for all our national teams. We need to challenge ourselves to be able to compete

consistently at the highest levels. This needs to be our mindset when we think about identifying, selecting, developing, and transitioning talent to play for Gratifacio.

As part of my role I have been asked to bring the best of what we know from around the

globe about multi-disciplinary support for the elite performer to our work in Gratifacio.
